Behind the Scenes
So what happens behind the closed doors of Cafe Cioccolato? From house-made marshmallows to chocolate covered strawberries, it takes quite some work to make these delicacies. Traci, our chocolatier maverick makes all our delicacies with such precision and attention. From perfect timing to the right consistency, making the best chocolate requires your utmost patience.
